Ian Moorhouse

As COO of The Wheeler School, Ian Moorhouse brings his 20+ years' experience in non-profit leadership to oversee campus operations, strategic infrastructure, and institutional facilities across the school’s Providence and Seekonk campuses.
Notably, Ian has spearheaded significant advancements in campus safety and security, including the implementation of integrated notification platforms and the modernization of emergency communication systems. His expertise extends to crisis management and the development of comprehensive safety protocols designed to protect diverse school communities.
He is also the current Board President for the American Camp Association (ACA), New England where has volunteered for 26 years.

Matthew Glaser
Director of Technology
The Canterbury School (Connecticut)
Appointed in 2015 as Canterbury’s Director of Technology, Matt received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Clark University in Massachusetts before beginning an eight-year career as a Police Officer in Bethel, Connecticut. Following his public service, Matt became a Management Information Systems Director for a small database marketing firm and then an IT Consultant for The Network Support Company in Connecticut. Matt has experience working with several clients in education, including South Kent School and Convent of the Sacred Heart in Connecticut and Trinity Pawling School in New York. He consulted at Canterbury for more than 15 years before joining the School full-time. Matt coaches Boys’ JV Hockey and Boys’ JV Lacrosse.

Michael Siepmann
Director of Technology
The Kent School (Connecticut)
As the Director of Technology at the Kent School, Michael has a passion for building reliable infrastructure and improving campus operations through thoughtful, secure, and sustainable technology solutions. He continually strives to hone his technical skills, recently completing the ATLIS Leadership Institute and obtaining his Technology Leader in Independent Schools (TLIS) certification. When not dedicating himself to his work at the Kent School, Michael spends time playing golf and enjoying the beach with his family.

Greg Phillips
Director of Campus Safety

Greg Phillips is a retired law enforcement who launched two successfull school campus safety programs at The Harvey School and Washington Montessori School prior to becoming the Director of Campus Safety at Kent School. 
Tim Ditto
Regional Account Manager
Alertus Technologies (Maryland)
Tim Ditto is a Regional Account Manager on the Education team at Alertus Technologies. In this role, he works with some of the top universities and school districts throughout Canada and New England to keep their students and staff safe. Before joining Alertus, he worked in commercial insurance sales. Tim has been with Alertus since January 2019. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from West Virginia University.
